2012 Lingerie Design Competition

Last year we launched our first ever lingerie design competition to seek out

undiscovered design talent from around the globe. Now, we're back with our

2012 version which is even bigger and better! The lucky winner will not

only see their design produced and sold as a limited edition item, they'll also

receive a set for themselves and a £100 gift voucher to splash out on

luxury lingerie too!

Terms and conditions:

1) The Esty Lingerie Lingerie Design Competition is open to residents of any country, aged 16 or over at time of entry submission, except employees of Esty Lingerie Ltd.

2) Entrants may submit multiple entries, with no limit, provided that each entry is significantly different. Where entries are deemed by the judges to not be significantly different, only the first entry submitted will be put forward for consideration.

3) The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4) Late or incomplete entries will not be considered. An incomplete entry is one that does not contain all three elements as specified in 'How to Enter'. A late entry is one that is received by Esty Lingerie Ltd later than 23:59 on 15/06/2012.

5) Entries must be entirely your own design and must not break any copyright or third party rights.

6) The winner will be notified by email or telephone and contact details provided upon entry will not be used for any other purpose.

7) Esty Lingerie Ltd reserves the right to choose an appropriate sale price for the garment, and all proceeds from sales of the winning design will go to Esty Lingerie Ltd.

8) The prize consists of the winning design produced as accurately as is possible by Esty Lingerie Ltd and sold via www.estylingerie.com, plus a copy of the design for sale in any one size and a £100 gift voucher valid for use on www.estylingerie.com for one year from the date of issue. The gift voucher is subject to separate terms and conditions: 1. The value of the gift voucher must be used in a single order, 2. No refunds will be given for orders that total less than £100, 3. Returned items that are paid for using a gift voucher will be refunded with a new gift voucher to the value of the returned items and 4. There is no cash alternative.

9) There is no cash alternative to the prize.

10) By submitting an entry you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions, for your name to be used on the website and in related publicity and for us to produce and sell your design under the Esty Lingerie brand.
