Both of these bras have a hidden secret – their thick, glossy satin bows can be unwrapped to unveil a totally cupless bra below!

Peek And Beau* is a new lingerie line by Playful Promises whose tagline is ‘attire to flaunt’. This Jessica bra* is also available in petrol blue. It may not be a silk satin (polyester, most likely), but it’s a truly fantastic price that makes this an easily-affordable boudoir treat – perfect if you don’t want to spend a fortune on something that won’t see much wear!

Coco de Mer’s Aveta bra on the other hand is a much more deluxe indulgence, made from luscious silk satin and with a cheekier cut – this one is obviously a bra that unfastens, whereas the Peek and Beau Jessica looks more like a regular bra when closed (so the Jessica may be better if you’re going for a ‘surprise!’ moment).

Both bras are sold in S, M, L sizing with matching briefs available. Coco de Mer has also just launched a more deluxe version of the Aveta bra for £140, in pale gold silk and broderie anglaise faux leather.

Which bra do you prefer – Peek and Beau’s Jessica or Coco de Mer’s Aveta?
